What Buyers & Sellers Need to Know This Week
For Sellers:
If your home is in a competitive neighbourhood and you’ve taken the time to prepare it, you’re in the driver’s seat. Multiple offers and over-asking sales are well within reach—especially in Southdale, Dartmouth Woodside, and Sackville.
For Buyers:
Be ready to act fast. The best homes are getting snapped up quickly, often with multiple offers. Getting pre-approved and working with a local expert can help you avoid bidding wars and make sure you don’t overpay.
